Obasogie denies match fixing claims after three month suspension

Super Eagles goalkeeper Amas Obasogie has firmly denied allegations of match fixing after his Tanzanian club, Singida Black Stars, handed him a three month suspension. The club announced that he was suspended pending investigation into suspected match manipulation in two games, including a CAF Confederation Cup tie against Flambeau du Centre and a league match against Namungo FC. Trump suspend les visas d’immigration pour 75 pays

L’administration du président américain Donald Trump a annoncé mercredi une suspension temporaire du traitement des visas d’immigration pour les ressortissants de 75 pays, dont le Togo, dans le cadre d’un renforcement inédit de sa politique migratoire. ECOWAS suspends Guinea-Bissau after military coup

ECOWAS has suspended Guinea-Bissau from all its decision-making bodies following the recent military coup in the country. The regional bloc said the takeover violated its protocols on democracy and good governance and could destabilise West Africa if left unchecked.​ In a statement issued after an emergency summit, ECOWAS leaders condemned the coup and demanded the immediate restoration of constitutional order. Turkey Suspends 149 Referees Over Betting Allegations
