Soldiers arrest 15 suspected oil thieves at Dangote Refinery

Troops of the Nigerian Army have arrested 15 suspected oil thieves around the Ibeju Lekki area of Lagos State.​ According to an operational report made available to the News Agency of Nigeria on Friday in Abuja, the suspects were arrested in the early hours of the day by troops of Headquarters 9 Brigade working with 65 Battalion. Tinubu orders 5000 AI cameras to boost Plateau security

President Bola Ahmed Tinubu has ordered the deployment of more than 5000 artificial intelligence enabled surveillance cameras across Plateau State in response to recent deadly attacks in Jos. Troops kill five terrorists, rescue three abducted children in Borno

Troops of Operation Hadin Kai have neutralised five terrorists and rescued three abducted children in separate operations carried out in Borno State. The Joint Task Force said the operations took place between February 20 and 21 as part of ongoing efforts to crush insurgent groups in the North East. Spokesman for Operation Hadin Kai, Lieutenant Colonel Sanni Uba, said troops on fighting patrol made contact with suspected JAS and ISWAP members around Sabsawa village.
