Troops kill terrorists, stop kidnappings in fresh raids

Nigerian troops have stepped up operations across several theatres, killing terrorists, foiling kidnap attempts and rescuing victims in different parts of the country. The National Emergency Management Agency (NEMA) has confirmed the death of one person following the collapse of a three-storey building at Alagomeji, Yaba, Lagos State. In its Day 2 incident report released on Saturday, the agency said the body of a male victim was recovered from the rubble during ongoing search and rescue operations. Fire Incidents Surge by 6.43% in Ghana — GNFS Reports.
