Police Arrest Husband Wife for Child Stealing in Ogun
Operatives of the Ogun State Police Command have arrested a husband and wife for allegedly stealing children in the state. The couple was identified as Isiaka Lukman aged 42 and Abosede Olanipekun aged 23 who are natives of Edo State. They were arrested in connection with a series of child abductions across Ogun and Osun states according to the police. The suspects are accused of kidnapping children and selling them for one million naira each. Police said they recovered 10 of the stolen children after the arrest though some parents are still searching for their missing children.
