Davido confirms joint album with Chris Brown

Afrobeats star Davido has confirmed that he and American R&B singer Chris Brown will release a joint album next year. Davido revealed the project during an appearance on the Swift Conversations podcast, where he spoke about his current sound and upcoming plans. He explained that his new material leans heavily into African rhythms and collaborations with his longtime Nigerian producers. “The music I am making now is very African. In this next project, I am working with a lot of my original producers from back home,” he said. NDLEA Strengthens Maritime Operations, Trains Officers in UK

The National Drug Law Enforcement Agency (NDLEA) has enhanced its maritime surveillance and interdiction capabilities after officers completed specialized training in the United Kingdom and Lagos. Led by DCN Aminu Danjuma Jega, the six-man NDLEA team visited UK maritime and border enforcement facilities from October 19–25, 2025. Guided by Mr. Errol Flynn Macdonald of the UK Home Office, they received hands-on exposure to best practices in maritime intelligence, port security, and inter-agency coordination. The training included demonstrations at Tilbury and Felixstowe ports where inward-bound Nigerian containers were screened using layered inspection and risk-based procedures. Officers witnessed live presentations by the UK National Deep Rummaging Team and learned advanced vessel rummage and drug detection techniques.
