Ajibade leads Super Falcons camp as Cameroon friendlies begin

Super Falcons captain Rasheedat Ajibade and 16 other players have arrived in camp at the Hilton Hotel, Yaounde, ahead of two pre WAFCON friendly matches against Cameroon’s Indomitable Lionesses.​ Both friendlies will be played at the Military Stadium in Yaounde on Saturday, 28 February, and Tuesday, 3 March. Super Falcons to play WAFU B tourney ahead of WAFCON

The Nigeria Football Federation has entered the Super Falcons for the WAFU B Four‑Nation Tournament in Abidjan as part of preparations for the 2026 Women’s Africa Cup of Nations (WAFCON) in Morocco. The regional event will hold in Côte d’Ivoire from February 27 to March 7, ahead of WAFCON scheduled for March 17 to April 3.​ NFF Director of Competitions, Ruth David, described the tournament as a crucial step to ensure the reigning African champions are fully ready for the continental showpiece.
