Nollywood actor and media personality Tobi Bakre has advised young and aspiring actors to prioritise diligence and professionalism if they want to build lasting careers in the industry. The Brotherhood star said many people miss out on life changing opportunities because they fail to consistently put in the work or approach the craft with the right attitude. Bakre, who rose to prominence after his stint on Big Brother Naija and has since featured in several hit films and series, stressed that talent alone is not enough.
