Buhari’s first anniversary marked with tributes from Tinubu and others
Nigeria is marking the first anniversary of the death of former President Muhammadu Buhari with tributes from President Bola Tinubu, former Head of State Yakubu Gowon, governors and ministers. Organisers say the programme is meant to reflect on his leadership, discipline and commitment to the country. President Tinubu is expected to lead the tribute and present a commemorative book in Buhari’s honour.
