Slot rules out January signings for Liverpool
Liverpool manager Arne Slot says he does not expect the club to make any signings in the January transfer window despite mounting injury problems in attack and defence. The Reds spent close to £450 million on new players last summer, twice breaking the British transfer record in the process. Long term injuries to striker Alexander Isak and defenders Conor Bradley and Giovanni Leoni have left the Premier League champions short of options going into the second half of the season.
