Air Force Pledges Commitment to Safe Rescue of Abducted Oyo School Victims

The Nigerian Air Force has pledged its full commitment to the safe rescue of all pupils, students and teachers abducted from schools in Oriire Local Government Area of Oyo State. The pledge came as federal and state security agencies intensified rescue operations in the affected forest areas. The Defence Headquarters confirmed that the Chief of Defence Staff, General Olufemi Oluyede, has ordered the deployment of special forces and aerial surveillance assets to Oyo State to support ongoing rescue efforts and restore security in the affected communities.
