West Ham Co-Chair David Sullivan Resigns Amid Historic Allegations
West Ham co-owner David Sullivan has resigned as joint-chairman and director of the club effective immediately, saying he will fight "factually incorrect and entirely false" decades-old allegations about his private life. Sullivan, 77, announced his resignation in a statement on Saturday, saying he made the decision "with a heavy heart" but out of "love, respect, and responsibility" toward a football club and fan base that deserve absolute unity.
