The National Hajj Commission of Nigeria (NAHCON) has announced a significant reduction in the 2026 Hajj fares, making the pilgrimage more affordable for Nigerian Muslims. The new fares, effective nationwide, include: Borno/Adamawa zone: ₦7,579,020.96 (down by ₦748,104.63 from 2025 rates) Northern zone: ₦7,696,769.76 (down by ₦760,915.83) Southern zone: ₦7,991,141.76 (down by ₦792,943.83) NAHCON announced December 5 as the new payment deadline for all intending pilgrims.
