Nigerian influencer Priscilla Ojo has opened up about how her husband, Tanzanian singer Juma Jux, once faced widespread rumours in his country that he was impotent. She said many Tanzanians speculated about his manhood because, despite his fame and wealth, he had no children or babymama well into his mid 30s.
Speaking in a candid interview with media personality Chude Jideonwo, Priscilla explained that the rumours persisted even though Juma had been in several relationships before they got together. According to her, people repeatedly questioned why he did not have kids like his friends and colleagues in the Tanzanian music industry.
“In his country, Tanzania, people thought he was impotent because he did not have a child or babymama like many of his friends,” she recalled, describing the speculation as hurtful and unfair. She said her husband, however, remained calm and focused, insisting on waiting for the right time and the right person to start a family.
The couple welcomed their first child, a son named Prince Rakeem Ayomide Mkambala, in August 2025, putting the rumours to rest. Priscilla noted that even after their baby arrived, some people tried to cast doubt by suggesting the child might have come through surrogacy or implantation, claims she dismissed.
She praised Juma for his discipline and values, saying he refused to follow the trend of having children casually or keeping multiple babymamas just to prove a point. Priscilla added that their journey has strengthened their bond and reinforced her belief that it is better to build a family based on intention and commitment rather than social pressure.

Missing World Cup will be loss of major diplomatic asset – Iran FA
Iran’s football federation has warned that missing the 2026 FIFA World Cup would amount to losing a major diplomatic asset for the country, as debates continue over Tehran’s participation amid heightened political tensions. Federation president Mehdi Taj stressed that Iran’s presence at the tournament in the United States, Mexico and Canada would provide a rare soft power platform at a time of strained relations with Western governments. Taj reiterated that the World Cup is organised and “hosted” by FIFA, not by any single country, pushing back against efforts to politicise Iran’s participation. He argued that football and diplomacy are intertwined, and that Iran’s national team represents an important channel for engagement with global audiences beyond formal government contacts. In recent weeks, Iranian officials have demanded a series of guarantees from FIFA and the 2026 co hosts over visas, security and […]
