Ashanti assembly member killed sparks investigation

The Ashanti Regional Security Council has launched a full-scale investigation into the killing of Samuel Danquah, the assembly member of Aboabo in the Amansie West District. The incident occurred after an altercation between residents of Mpatuam and security officers of Asanko Mines, which left Danquah dead and two others with gunshot wounds. Nkwanta South MCE warns of revenue shortfall, conflict

Le Président du Faso, le Capitaine Ibrahim Traoré, a procédé ce vendredi 12 septembre 2025 à la remise officielle de 764 engins destinés à quatre brigades dans le cadre de l’Initiative présidentielle Faso Mêbo. La cérémonie s’est tenue en présence du Coordonnateur national de l’initiative, le Commandant Zoodnoma Ahmed Sakandé, qui a réceptionné le matériel au nom des bénéficiaires.
