VIH au Togo : des financements ouverts aux ONG

Le Programme de prévention du VIH/SIDA du Département de la Défense des États-Unis (DHAPP) lance un appel à candidatures destiné aux ONG locales et internationales engagées dans la lutte contre le VIH au Togo. Cette initiative s’inscrit dans le cadre du PEPFAR, le plan d’urgence américain de lutte contre le VIH/SIDA. Les financements proposés visent à soutenir des projets de prévention, de prise en charge et de traitement du VIH afin de contribuer au contrôle de l’épidémie dans le pays. Les organisations confessionnelles et autres structures qualifiées sont également invitées à soumettre leurs propositions. Bâtiments publics : cap sur l’efficacité énergétique

Le Togo veut accélérer la transition énergétique dans les bâtiments publics. Dans le cadre des orientations fixées par la CEDEAO, tous les bâtiments publics de plus de 500 m², qu’ils soient nouvellement construits ou rénovés, devront respecter des normes d’efficacité énergétique d’ici 2030 et obtenir un certificat de performance. Cette politique vise principalement à réduire la consommation d’électricité liée au refroidissement des bâtiments, particulièrement élevée dans les zones tropicales.
