Jeriq says music kept him from crime and prison

Rapper Jeremiah Chukwuebuka Ani, known as Jeriq, says music rescued him from a path that could have led to prison. He revealed that he was arrested several times in the past because of his involvement in street vices.​ Speaking in an interview with X influencer Smallie, he said his hands and legs still carry scars from handcuffs. Actress Sarah Martins hospitalised after severe health scare

Actress Sarah Martins has been hospitalised after suffering a serious health scare that left her briefly unable to feel parts of her body. She said she initially woke up feeling lifeless but still tried to go to work before collapsing.​ In a post on Instagram, Martins explained that she went to her stores to do inventory and interview new staff despite feeling unwell. Troops repel terrorist drone strikes, maintain battlefield edge

Troops of Operation Hadin Kai have repelled terrorist drone attacks during operations along the Timbuktu Triangle in Borno State, maintaining control of the area. Israel starts demolishing UNRWA headquarters in Jerusalem

Israeli bulldozers have begun demolishing parts of the headquarters of the UN agency for Palestinian refugees, UNRWA, in occupied east Jerusalem. The operation took place in the Sheikh Jarrah area, where an Israeli flag was seen flying over the compound.​ UNRWA spokesman Jonathan Fowler said Israeli forces entered the compound shortly after 7 a.m., removed security guards and then allowed bulldozers to move in and start tearing down buildings.
