Nigeria’s Super Falcons lost 1–0 to Cameroon in a pre WAFCON 2026 friendly match decided by a stoppage time goal in Yaounde. The game, played at the Military Stadium in the Cameroonian capital, was arranged as part of both teams’ build up to the Women’s Africa Cup of Nations in Morocco. After a tight and physical contest, Mbomezomo Yvana scored the winner for the Indomitable Lionesses in the 90th minute, just when the match looked set to end in a goalless draw.
