Nollywood actress Ufuoma McDermott has assured her fans that she is in good health and urged them to focus their prayers on Nigeria rather than on her. The actress recently trended on social media after a video of her emotional interview about battling kidney disease resurfaced online. In the interview she revealed that she had been dealing with the illness for over a decade and at one point was diagnosed with stage four kidney disease after years of heavy painkiller use. Following renewed concerns about her health Ufuoma took to her social media page to clear the air. She explained that the interview was recorded some time ago and that she is now doing much better.
