No more ransom, no talks with terrorists, says Defence Minister

Terrorists Kidnap Students From Niger Catholic School

Terrorists have abducted students from St. Mary’s School, a Catholic institution in Papiri community, Agwara Local Government Area of Niger State. The attack happened around 2am today. Confirming the incident, Niger State Secretary Alhaji Abubakar Usman said the number of abducted students is not yet known, with security forces still assessing the situation. Police Commissioner Adamu Abdullahi Ellema stated that tactical police, military units, and other security agencies have been deployed and are combing the forests for the rescue operation.
