Tottenham sack Thomas Frank after poor home form
Tottenham Hotspur have sacked head coach Thomas Frank following a 2-1 home defeat to Newcastle United on Tuesday night. The loss left Spurs in 16th place in the Premier League table, five points above the relegation zone after a worrying run of results. Frank, who was appointed in June 2025 after a successful spell at Brentford, departs having failed to win any of Tottenham’s eight league matches in 2026. He also leaves with the club’s worst Premier League home win percentage of any Spurs manager since 2008.
