Phyna clears air on N100m BBNaija prize controversy
Reality TV star Josephina Otabor, popularly known as Phyna, has denied claiming she did not receive her N100 million Big Brother Naija grand prize. She said a viral clip suggesting otherwise was edited from a longer Twitch livestream and taken out of context. Phyna explained that she was addressing people who questioned whether her prize money had finished, not alleging that the organisers withheld her winnings. She accused some bloggers of deliberately cutting her video to create controversy. “They keep cutting my video, I never said I have not received my 100 million naira.
