Rasheedat Ajibade Signs Two-Year Deal With PSG Until 2027
Paris Saint-Germain have strengthened their squad with the signing of Nigerian forward Rasheedat Ajibade on a contract running until June 30, 2027. The French club confirmed the move on Tuesday, announcing the arrival of the 25-year-old Super Falcons captain from Atlético de Madrid, where she played since 2021. Ajibade, who previously featured for Norwegian side Avaldsnes IL, made 25 appearances for Atlético last season, scoring eight goals and providing three assists. Born in Mushin, Lagos, on December 8, 1999, Ajibade began her career with FC Robo Queens before earning recognition as Nigeria’s NFF Young Player of the Year in 2018.
