Court Orders Nii Adama Latse II Restored as Ga Mantse—but Tsuru II’s Office Disputes It
On June 12, 2025, the Court of Appeal in Kumasi unanimously ruled that the National House of Chiefs must re-enter Nii Tackie Adama Latse II (also known as Nii Adama Latse II) into the official register of Ga Mantse within 14 days. This overturned previous delays by the House despite earlier judgments in his favor.
