Two killed, many injured as speeding truck rams vehicles, pedestrians in Ibadan
A tragic multiple crash at Soka Junction in Ibadan, along the Ibadan–Lagos Expressway, has left two people dead and several others injured. The accident involved a speeding truck, multiple vehicles and pedestrians at the busy junction. According to the Oyo State Police Command, the truck was reportedly travelling at high speed when the driver lost control near the junction. The vehicle then crashed into other motorists and pedestrians close to the road, causing chaos in the area. Eyewitnesses said the impact of the crash left at least two victims dead on the spot and many more with varying degrees of injuries.
