Armed gunmen kidnapped the younger sister of immediate past Minister of Power, Chief Adebayo Adelabu, and her 12-year-old twin sons early Wednesday morning in the Elewura area of Challenge, Ibadan, in another wave of abductions rocking Oyo State. The victims, identified as Mrs. Olaide Busayo Adegoke John-Paul, 43, and her twin sons Peter and Paul, were abducted by armed men at about 7:30 a.m. while Mrs. John-Paul was taking her children to school in Ibadan. Oyo orders traders, drivers back to Iwo Road bus terminal

The Oyo State Road Traffic Management Authority has ordered traders and commercial drivers operating along major roads around Iwo Road in Ibadan to vacate the roadside and return to the Iwo Road Bus Terminal. The agency said the directive is aimed at restoring order, easing traffic congestion and improving environmental cleanliness in the area. Title: Oyo says N30bn Bodija explosion fund remains untouched
