Galatasaray head coach Okan Buruk says Victor Osimhen should be fit in time for this weekend’s high stakes Istanbul derby against Fenerbahce.​ Osimhen travelled with the squad for Saturday’s Super Lig match away to Genclerbirligi in Ankara but was left out of the matchday squad. Galatasaray have confirmed that Nigerian striker Victor Osimhen has undergone successful surgery to repair a fractured right forearm. The Turkish club said the operation was carried out by team doctor Yener Ince at Maslak Acibadem Hospital in Istanbul.​ Osimhen suffered the injury during Galatasaray’s 4 0 UEFA Champions League defeat to Liverpool at Anfield on March 18.
