Kwapong Nursing College Appeals for Male Hostel Support
The Principal of the College of Nursing and Midwifery at Kwapong in the Ahafo Region, Nana Kwame Amoh Adinkrah, has raised serious concerns about the deplorable state of the school’s male hostel, warning that the situation is negatively impacting teaching and learning. Speaking to Adom News during the launch of the college’s 10th anniversary celebration, themed “Shelter, A Resource for Academic Excellence,” the principal lamented that since the school’s establishment in 2015, it has struggled to provide a suitable accommodation facility for male students. According to him, the limited size of the current hostel has led to severe congestion, posing significant health and safety risks.
