Former Big Brother Naija housemate Tega Dominic has advised her friends and other aspiring reality TV stars to stay away from the show if they are not mentally prepared. She said her own experience after leaving the BBNaija house badly affected her mental health. According to her, the pressure and constant public attention worsened her anxiety and later led to social anxiety. Tega explained that she now finds it hard to attend events alone because of this struggle. She added that while she can give people hugs, she is uncomfortable receiving hugs from others. She stressed that anyone thinking of going for BBNaija must be very strong mentally before entering the house. In her words, if you are not mentally strong, you should not go for Big Brother.
