Nigerian rapper Ice Prince has shared details of his new strict lifestyle routine, saying he has completely cut out alcohol, bread, soda and several other habits from his life. He revealed the changes in a post on social media, explaining that they have had a powerful impact on his health and wellbeing. Ice Prince said he now avoids sugar, alcohol, wine, energy drinks, soda, noodles, pasta and bread. He also disclosed that he has quit smoking and stopped using seed or vegetable oil in his meals.
