Iwobi screamer sinks Spurs as Fulham win deepens relegation fears

Alex Iwobi delivered a brilliant long range strike as Fulham beat Tottenham Hotspur 2–1 at Craven Cottage, piling more pressure on Spurs in the Premier League relegation battle. Fulham took the lead after just seven minutes when a deflected Oscar Bobb cross dropped to Harry Wilson, who smashed a volley past goalkeeper Guglielmo Vicario from close range. Tottenham players protested for a foul, claiming Raul Jimenez had pushed Radu Dragusin in the build up, but the referee and VAR allowed the goal to stand.
