Ugandan president’s son issues death threat to Bobi Wine
Confusion has trailed reports that 172 worshippers who is also President Yoweri Museveni’s son, has publicly said he wants opposition leader Bobi Wine dead. His remarks came days after Wine claimed he had gone into hiding following a police raid on his home. Kainerugaba made the threats in posts on X after Museveni secured an eighth term in last Thursday’s election, which observers and rights groups heavily criticised. The opposition led by 43 year old Bobi Wine, real name Robert Kyagulanyi, alleges widespread violence and intimidation before the vote.
