UNICEF Efforts Praised for Tackling Child Malnutrition in Northern Region.

UNICEF's initiatives, including the Community-Based Management of Acute Malnutrition (CMAM) and Community Infant and Young Child Feeding (C-IYCF), have been commended for improving child nutrition in the Northern Region of Ghana. Telecel Ghana Foundation Offers Free Health Services to 500 in Teacher Mante.

About 500 residents of Teacher Mante, a community in the Ayensuano district of Ghana's Eastern Region, benefited from free health services provided through Telecel Ghana Foundation’s Healthfest and Rural Ultrasound initiatives. Healthfest, a program that offers comprehensive health screenings and education, was held at Teacher Mante D/A JHS.
