Tems explains why she wants a God fearing partner
Nigerian Grammy winning singer Tems has opened up about the kind of partner she wants, saying she can never marry for love alone. She explained that beyond emotions, she places a lot of value on faith, accountability and a deep sense of responsibility in a relationship. Tems said her partner has to be a God fearing man because she believes true love requires a higher standard than personal feelings. According to her, someone who does not answer to God or any higher authority may not feel bound to keep long term commitments. She questioned how a person who sees himself as the god of his own life can genuinely promise lifelong love and loyalty.
