Mike Jeffries fights trial over mental fitness

Former Abercrombie & Fitch CEO Mike Jeffries is facing a critical legal battle in the United States over whether he is mentally fit to stand trial in a major sex trafficking case. During a federal court hearing in New York, prosecutors presented audio recordings in which Jeffries expressed concern about being declared competent to face trial.
