Bandits raid Kwara community, abduct four in midnight attack

Suspected bandits have attacked a community in Kwara State, kidnapping four residents during a midnight raid. The incident happened in the early hours of Sunday when the armed men invaded the area, shooting into the air and forcing residents out of their homes. Military launches Operation Savannah Shield in Kwara

The Defence Headquarters has launched Operation Savannah Shield in Kwara and parts of Niger State following last week’s deadly terrorist attack on Woro community in Kaiama Local Government Area. Shettima visits Kwara after deadly Woro village attack
