Israeli Airstrike Kills Houthi Prime Minister in Yemen

An Israeli airstrike has killed the prime minister of Yemen's Houthi-led government, Ahmed al-Rahawi, in the capital city, Sanaa. The Houthis confirmed the strike, stating that al-Rahawi and several ministers were killed in a Thursday attack while attending a government workshop focused on evaluating their activities and performance over the past year. The airstrike, which occurred amid escalating tensions in the region, comes as Israel’s military continues its operations against Houthi positions.
