Uche Maduagwu admits being paid to troll Davido online

Actor Uche Maduagwu has apologised to music star Davido after admitting he was paid N2.5 million to attack the singer and his family on social media. In a recent interview, Maduagwu said he deeply regrets his actions and clarified that Davido had never done anything to offend him personally. He revealed that he was part of a group of about five influencers allegedly hired to criticise and drag Davido online and urged the others involved to also come forward and apologise. Maduagwu appealed directly to Davido, his wife and family, asking for forgiveness and stressing that his online attacks were motivated by the payment he received. He added that his conscience could no longer allow him to stay silent, describing his behaviour as wrong and shameful.
