Champions crowned as Rise Superball Youth League wraps up in style
The maiden Rise Superball Youth League, sponsored by investment platform RiseVest, has ended in Lagos with winners emerging across volleyball, basketball and futsal. The tournament showcased young talents and underlined growing support for grassroots sports. In the volleyball final, Ikorodu Volleyball Academy defeated Abesan Junior Academy after two tightly contested sets to lift the title. Both teams impressed with their skills and competitiveness in an entertaining clash. The basketball event saw Anjorin Basketball Club come from behind to beat Warlords Basketball Club and emerge champions. Anjorin overturned an early deficit to seal victory and claim the top prize.
