Mbappe misses Real Madrid training before Man City clash
Kylian Mbappe missed Real Madrid’s training session on Tuesday, putting his participation in the Champions League showdown against Manchester City in serious doubt. The 26 year old forward recently fractured a finger in the La Liga defeat to Celta Vigo and is now experiencing enough discomfort to sit out full training. Spanish reports say the club initially expected Mbappe to play through the pain using protective strapping on his hand. However, he is also understood to be dealing with muscle discomfort in his left leg, which has raised additional concern over his fitness for the match at the Santiago Bernabeu.
