Actress Uche Ogbodo has urged mothers to prioritise their own wellbeing and not lose their identity while caring for their families.​ In a post on Instagram, she highlighted the emotional and physical pressures of motherhood, warning that constant sacrifice without rest can lead to body shaming, fatigue and strained relationships.
