FG warns Nigerians in Iran, Gulf over rising tensions

The Federal Government has issued a security advisory to Nigerians living in Iran and nearby Gulf countries, urging them to be extremely cautious due to rising tensions in the Middle East. The advisory followed heightened military activities and diplomatic strain in the region, which have raised concerns about possible escalation and attacks. Nigerians in Iran and affected Gulf states were advised to remain very vigilant, avoid crowded or sensitive areas, and closely monitor local news and official security updates.
