President Bola Ahmed Tinubu has congratulated Rangers International FC on winning the Nigeria Premier Football League (NPFL) title for a record ninth time. The Enugu football club etched its name deeper into Nigerian football history after defeating Ikorodu City F.C. 2-1 on Sunday to win the title.
