Atalanta set €50m price tag for Lookman
Atalanta have set a €50m, about N84 billion, asking price for Nigeria international Ademola Lookman amid strong interest from Turkish giants Galatasaray. The Istanbul club, who already have fellow Nigerian star Victor Osimhen in their squad, want to sign the 2024 African Footballer of the Year in the January transfer window. According to Italian outlet Gazzetta dello Sport, Atalanta have made it clear they will only let Lookman leave if their €50m valuation is met and are not willing to lower the fee. Reports suggest the winger is open to joining his compatriot and Super Eagles teammate Osimhen in Turkey.
