AG Slams Afenyo-Markin Over Allegations of Theft by Security Officers
Attorney General and Minister of Justice, Dr. Dominic Ayine, has strongly criticized Minority Leader Alexander Afenyo-Markin for accusing National Security operatives of stealing personal belongings during a search at the residence of former Bank of Ghana Governor, Dr. Ernest Addison. Afenyo-Markin had claimed that items, including jewelry and money belonging to Addison's wife, were taken by the security personnel during the operation.At a press conference on March 24, 2025, Dr. Ayine dismissed these accusations as unfounded and disrespectful to law enforcement officers.
