About 20,000 residents from the Volta Region are expected to flood the streets of Ho tomorrow for a demonstration against the Electoral Commission (EC), led by the National Democratic Congress (NDC).The protest aims to pressure the EC into addressing anomalies and discrepancies identified by the opposition party as the country approaches the 2024 general elections. Volta Region NDC Secretary, James Gunu, shared this information in an interview with Joy News on Monday.According to Gunu, activists from other political parties who share concerns over the electoral register will join the protest alongside residents from various backgrounds. “We’re expecting around 20,000 people.
