APC national secretary loses mother

The APC national secretary has lost his mother, Hajiya Barira Usman Ginsau, who died at the age of 97 after a brief illness. The family said she passed away at Aminu Kano Teaching Hospital in Kano, bringing an end to a long life of service and devotion to her family.tvcnews She is survived by nine children and more than 100 grandchildren. AIG Kanayo Uzuegbu Dies After Battle With Cancer

Assistant Inspector General of Police (AIG) Kanayo Uzuegbu has died after a prolonged battle with cancer, according to reports emerging from the Nigerian Police Force. Army Vows to Discipline Soldier in Ondo Driver’s Death
