Deji Adeleke denies Davido fathered 12 year old Ibadan girl
Billionaire businessman Deji Adeleke has formally denied long running claims that his son, Afrobeats star Davido, is the father of a 12 year old girl named Anuoluwapo from Ibadan. He described the allegations as false and blamed years of misinformation and alleged impersonation by commentator Kemi Olunloyo. Adeleke said he has five children and 14 grandchildren and would gladly welcome another grandchild if paternity were ever confirmed. He explained that he decided to speak publicly because the same story resurfaces almost every year on social media. He traced the case back to 2014, when he received a DHL package from Ibadan containing photos of Davido and the child, a birth certificate naming “Adeleke David” as the father and a letter from the girl’s grandmother.
