Eric Trump urges Hong Kong crowd to invest in bitcoin
Eric Trump, son of U.S. President Donald Trump, has called on investors to buy bitcoin during a visit to Hong Kong, as his family steps up efforts in the cryptocurrency sector. Speaking at the Bitcoin Asia conference on Friday, the 41-year-old described bitcoin as the “greatest asset in the world” and predicted its price could eventually reach $1 million. “The bitcoin community embraced my father unlike anything I had ever seen before, and I hope that’s paid off in spades, because we love this community, we believe in this community,” he told a packed hall of crypto enthusiasts.
