Eagles hungry to make amends for last AFCON – Ajayi
Super Eagles defender Semi Ajayi says Nigeria’s main target at the 2025 Africa Cup of Nations is to win the trophy as they prepare for a crucial semi final clash with hosts Morocco in Rabat on Wednesday night. Nigeria are three time AFCON champions and are now one win away from another appearance in the final. Speaking to Footy Africa, the Hull City defender explained that the team is driven by the pain of losing the last AFCON final to Côte d’Ivoire.
