Anloga DCE Warns: Skipping National Sanitation Day Will Lead to Prosecution

She gave the warning during a clean-up exercise in Anloga on Saturday, organized in collaboration with traditional authorities and the Volta Regional Environmental Health Directorate. Mrs. Kpedor emphasized that sanitation is a shared responsibility, warning that community neglect worsens existing environmental challenges. “Residents who refuse to participate will be prosecuted under sanitation by-laws. This is to serve as a deterrent to others,” she stated.
